We are not always available by phone. Therefore it is better to send an email or fill in the contact form. We also respond to WhatsApp messages and try to answer you the same day. Other messages will be answered within 3 working days.

Shipping and return

If the boards you ordered are in stock, the package will be handed over to the courier service the next working day. This may take a little longer in a busy period.

You can track the status of your order via our website. You will also receive an external link on which you can follow up the detailed status of your shipment.

Exchange is possible under conditions. The board must be in unused condition and the intention to exchange must be reported no later than 3 weeks after delivery. You are responsible for the return cost, we send the new board free of charge.

We always take great care for the quality of your board.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong, the board can be exchanged.
This must be registered within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by email.
Individuals receive a return label and take the package to the nearest collection point.

The courier service collects the package from traders.
